We offer supportive environments where residents can enjoy fulfilling home and community experiences. At present, we maintain thirteen Individual Residential Alternative homes located in communities throughout Western New York.
Our homes have evolved atmospheres that express the personalities and interests of the people who live there. Working with each resident, we learn about their personal preferences and develop plans to facilitate their achievement. We lend support so residents can attain the highest level of independence possible. In addition to participating in administration of home responsibilities, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc., residents are encouraged to explore broader life goals. These can include maintaining gym memberships, learning new languages, joining community groups and more.
